Inspiration and modern recipes for our daily life cooking

During this workshop (in english) you will learn about Ayurveda – its traditional roots and how to bring it on a modern way in to your kitchen.

We will cook seasonal and regional dishes with an international twist and delicious spices.

You will get:

Information about the ingredients, spices and preparation in context with Ayurveda.

Demonstration of ayurvedic dishes.

Information about Ayurveda kitchen practice and routines.

We will cook and eat together.


Ariane Hotzel – Ayurveda Health- and Lifestyle Counselor, Yogateacher and Ayurveda-Lover since 15 ears – will open the door to Ayurveda for everyone who is interested in it.
